I’m Paul, a carpenter with years of experience working on everything from bespoke interiors to garden structures and handmade furniture. After many years working in and around Southampton, I recently made the move to Treharris in South Wales with my enduringly supportive wife Emma (actually, the reason we’re here is because Emma fell in love with south Wales when she attended Cardiff University and always wanted to live here).
I have to say, we’ve been genuinely touched by the warm welcome we’ve received. Since settling in, I’ve been lucky enough to take on work across Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan and the South Wales Valleys. It’s been a real pleasure getting to know new clients, and I’m incredibly grateful for the kind feedback they’ve shared.
One client told me, “Paul was wonderful! His work is perfect, and he takes real pride in the finish. We’re already compiling our next list of carpentry jobs for him.” That kind of feedback means the world to me.
Another said, “Punctual, reliable, clean, responsible… work was of a very high standard, done without any fuss or mess, and with a smile. Shan’t use anyone else now I’ve found him.”
I’m passionate about what I do – whether that’s building a made-to-measure wardrobe, installing decking, refurbishing a staircase or creating something completely bespoke to suit your space and style. I believe in delivering quality craftsmanship, keeping things tidy, sticking to agreed timescales, and always leaving clients with a job well done.
If you’re looking for a friendly, experienced carpenter in South Wales, I’d love to hear from you. Whether you already have a project in mind or just want to chat through some ideas, feel free to get in touch.
Thanks again to everyone who’s made me feel at home here – I’m looking forward to what comes next!
